Find it!

What does this mean?

When you see the Find it! button under the article you want in an HPU Libraries database, simply click on it.  A new page will open and indicate whether full text is available. If it is, a link to that article will be provided. If the article is not available, a link to request it through Interlibrary Loan will be provided (Request This Item button).

Search Tips

If you're not getting the results you want, try using different keywords. Databases may not use the same keywords or terms that you're using. For example, instead of behavior in organizations, try organizational behavior. Even a small change could give you different search results.

Some databases have their own thesaurus where you can look up the subject terms it uses to categorize articles. In EBSCO databases, such as Business Source Complete, the thesaurus is located at the top of the page and is labeled either Thesaurus or Subject Terms.

We Don't Have An Article?

HPU Libraries provide an inter-library loan service, or ILL in library lingo.  We request the item you need from another library.

To request an item, fill out the form and library staff will contact you via email.
