Welcome to the Identity Exploration Challenge
Throughout the year, HPU Libraries and the HPU Justice, Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion (JEDI) Committee aim to reflect upon and celebrate Heritage Months with live events, experiences, and discussions. This guide, created in partnership between the Libraries and the JEDI Committee, is designed to accompany these Heritage Month celebrations. It is intended to provide an opportunity for the HPU and wider communities to explore some of the many facets of identity at their own pace, in a variety of formats.
Throughout the 2021-2022 academic year, in conjunction with each Heritage Month, we'll publish a new page of this guide. Each page features resources such as articles, books, videos, art, community organizations, and more. Explore these resources to delve into some of the history, perspectives, and contemporary happenings associated with our many identities, and consider the reflection questions to deepen your understanding.
