Not getting the search results you want? Try using different keywords/search terms. Databases may not use the same keywords or terms that you're using. For example, instead of behavior in organizations, try organizational behavior. Even a small change could give you different search results.
Some databases have their own thesaurus where you can look up the subject terms it uses to categorize articles. In EBSCO databases, such as Business Source Complete, the thesaurus is located at the top of the page and is labeled either Thesaurus or Subject Terms.
Also, try searching a few databases. Some databases are better than others when it comes to the number of sources they contain.
